NARFA has been fighting for its member businesses since 1929. Advocacy is not a side function of what we do. It is central to why the association exists. When your industry faces legislative threats, regulatory changes, or benefits disputes, NARFA is in your corner.
Industry Advocacy
NARFA monitors and responds to legislative and regulatory issues affecting the automotive, roads, fuel, construction, transportation, and fleet industries at the state and federal level. When something changes that affects your business, you hear about it from us first.
Workers Compensation Advocacy
For Massachusetts members enrolled through AICC, our advocacy extends to the claims process as well. We work to ensure members receive fair treatment and that the program continues to deliver the dividend returns our members count on. Learn more about the AICC program here.
Member Benefit Advocacy
One of the most direct ways NARFA goes to bat for members is through the NARFA Benefit Center.
When you have a problem with your health plan — a denied claim, a billing issue, a coverage dispute — you should not have to fight that battle alone. Most small businesses do not have the expertise or the carrier relationships to push back and win. NARFA members do.
The NARFA Benefit Center works directly with our carrier partners on behalf of members to resolve claims issues, appeal denials, navigate compliance questions, and cut through administrative red tape. Having someone in your corner when something goes wrong is just as valuable as the rates themselves.
