Philip HealyExecutive Director
Philip has been with NARFA since 1996. He brings over 20 years of experience in employee benefits to NARFA. Under Philip’s leadership, NARFA has implemented best-in-class programs for its membership. Philip is also the founder and owner of RT Consulting, a firm focused on Benefits Administration. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurial studies from Babson College and is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life, and Property & Casualty insurance in more than 40 states.
Karyn BarrettoVice President, Operations
Karyn has been with NARFA since 1991. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, plan and program administration, customer service, finance, budgeting, program management and more. Karyn has worked in employee benefits for more than 25 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics, and is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life insurance in the state of New Hampshire.
Lee-Ann HealyManaging Director
Lee-Ann has been with NARFA over 13 years. She has helped to drive membership growth and lends her industry expertise to also help the marketing team. She has deep industry knowledge which started in the healthcare industry where she was recognized for her sales achievements in the pharmaceutical industry.
Anne-Marie FrinkFinance / Controller
Anne-Marie has been with NARFA for 19 years. She manages all finances, accounting, and bookkeeping. Her attention to detail keeps operations running smooth at all times. She graduated from Northwood University and has lived in Peterborough, New Hampshire for the past 19 years.
